TASS has teamed up with Kenexa Prove It, a nationally recognized leader in performance and knowledge-based skills tests to create the TASS Test Center. Applicants may test online at their convenience prior to coming to our offices. Clients can also utilize our Test Center for assessments of their in-house employees as well as prospective applicants. TASS Screening/Interview process

TASS utilizes a comprehensive approach to screening and interviewing staff. Candidates are asked to follow a 5-Step Screening process to be considered for employment opportunities:
  • Applicants submit resumes via email or fax. A TASS recruiter reviews and assesses the individual’s skill sets.

  • TASS recruiters contact only those applicants with the appropriate skill sets, to conduct a preliminary telephonic interview (communication skills are evaluated, along with the applicant’s salary and job requirements).

  • TASS recruiters arrange for the applicant to conveniently take several online knowledge-based skill tests. These tests are internet based and taken offsite, prior to coming to our offices.

  • In-office interviews are scheduled for applicants who complete and pass the skill tests. Their overall appearance and career experiences are evaluated utilizing behavioral interview techniques.

  • References are secured to insure that the applicants have the experience and behavioral skills needed to be a TASS employee.

Information We Need From You

Should you decide to utilize our services, we will need the following information so that we can effectively select the right TASS employee:
  • Job Description – A simple conversation regarding the duties and responsibilities required of our employees.

  • Start Date, Length of Assignment and Job Location are key employee concerns.

  • Contact Information – Your name and contact information, as well as the name and contact information of the person to whom our employee will be reporting.

  • Miscellaneous Information – Additional information that would be helpful includes: the dress code, type of software, phone systems and any special skill requirements. Share as much information as you have, so that we can choose the best employee to fit your needs.

We will need the following information for administrative purposes:
  • A short, non-invasive Credit Application will be required that simply states that your company is in good credit standing.

  • If you do not wish to complete a Credit Application for any reason, we would be willing to accept a credit card, for our services. Please fill out the Credit Card Form provided for this purpose.
