The TASS Screening/Interview Process

TASS utilizes a comprehensive approach to screening and interviewing staff. Candidates are asked to follow a 5-Step Screening process to be considered for employment opportunities:
  • An applicant submits a resume via email or fax. A TASS recruiter reviews and assesses the individual’s skill sets.

  • TASS recruiters contact only those applicants with the appropriate skill sets, to conduct a preliminary telephonic interview (communication skills are evaluated, along with the applicant’s salary and job requirements).

  • TASS recruiters arrange for applicants to conveniently take several online knowledge-based skill tests. These tests are internet based and taken offsite, prior to reporting to our offices.

  • In-office interviews are scheduled for applicants who complete and pass skill tests. Their overall appearance and career experiences are evaluated utilizing behavioral interview techniques.

  • References are secured to insure that the applicant has the experience and behavioral skills needed to be a TASS employee.
