Applicants, please follow the 5-Step Screening/Interview process outlined below to be considered for an employment opportunity:
- Submit a resume via email or fax. Your resume is the first impression, so it is imperative that you try to make sure that your resume is fantastic! (See the TASS Career Center below for resume tips)
- A TASS recruiter will review your resume and assess your skills. If your skill sets and experience meet our requirements, a TASS recruiter will call you for further discussion. This will be your first communication with our office, so make sure that you are professional. The interview process starts with our first conversation!
- Qualified candidates will be requested to take several online knowledge-based skill tests, prior to coming to our offices.
- In-office interviews are scheduled for applicants who have completed and passed the skill tests. Remember, you are applying for a job with one of our clients. We will place you if we feel confident in your ability to fulfill our client’s job requirements. This means appropriate dress (suit or business attire – no flip flops, low cut blouses, jeans, or “after five” attire).
- References will also be verified.
